For Wednesday’s game, the Clippers have listed Leonard as questionable on their injury report.
The future Hall of Famer is averaging 28.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.0 steals per contest while shooting 50.1% from the field and 37.8% from three-point range in 53 games.
Underdog NBA wrote: “Kawhi Leonard (ankle) listed questionable for Wednesday.”

The good news for Clippers fans is that Leonard being listed as questionable means that a return to action is near.
He has been unable to consistently stay on the floor during his time as a member of the franchise.

The Clippers are the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a 34-34 record in 68 games.
They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak (and have lost seven out of ten).
On the road, the Clippers have gone 15-19 in 34 games.
Justin Russo wrote (on Monday): “Tyronn Lue said before tonight’s game that he’s unsure about the severity of Kawhi Leonard’s left ankle sprain and that they’re waiting to hear back from medical about the extent of it. But he hopes it’s not going to be a lengthy absence.”

The Clippers are coming off a year where they lost to the Denver Nuggets in the first round of the 2025 NBA playoffs.
They last made the Western Conference finals in 2021.
