Anne Erickson is an award-winning reporter covering the NFL and college football for Heavy Sports, with a focus on the Detroit Lions, New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys. Erickson has years of experience covering the NFL and additional sports, and her work has been published via ESPN, Fox Sports and more. She has interviewed some of the biggest names in sports, including Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff. Erickson also hosts several podcasts and is a Detroit-based radio host.

Education

Anne Erickson has a master's degree in theatre, with a writing emphasis, from Michigan State University. She also holds a bachelor of science degree in package engineering from Michigan State University. Being a Michigan State University graduate, she's followed Tom Izzo and his reign as one of the leading men's basketball coaches in the NCAA for years. She also helped report on MSU winning the Rose Bowl in 2014 under head coach Mark Dantonio.
