The Marlins recalled Fulton from Triple-A Jacksonville on Wednesday. Fulton has made five starts and two relief appearances with Jacksonville this season, collecting a 7.65 ERA and 24:11 K:BB over 20 frames. The southpaw will be used out of the bullpen and will be making his major-league debut if/when he gets into a game.
