Combs was elevated from the Jaguars' practice squad to the active roster Saturday. Combs, a rookie undrafted free agent out of Wake Forest, earned his first NFL opportunity in Week 7 against the Rams. He played 17 special teams snaps for the Jaguars and looks to have been elevated for similar usage in Sunday's game against the Raiders.
