Georgia Tech and Notre Dame face off for the first time since 2007. The No. 14 Yellow Jackets head to South Bend for a Saturday afternoon showdown against No. 8 Irish. Notre Dame is coming off an emotional game against Virginia. The Irish won on a last second touchdown but lost starting quarterback Malik Zaire for the entire season.
Georgia Tech enters the game coming off two massive wins. The Yellow Jackets have scored 69 and 65 points in their first two games. However, Notre Dame provides a different test than Alcorn State or Tulane, Georgia Tech’s first two opponents. The Yellow Jackets have displayed an explosive offense featuring their triple-option attack.
