For the first time this season, Marcus Mariota has the national spotlight. And though this may be the AFC South, this game has postseason implications.
The injury to Colts QB Andrew Luck has made the division race wide open, even for the 2-7 Titans. Four of Tennessee’s final seven games are against division opponents, including two games with Jacksonville over the next three weeks.
For the Jaguars, the playoffs are even more realistic. With a win at home Thursday, Jacksonville could end Week 11 tied for the division lead. After a no-second win over the Ravens this week, the Jaguars are an early three-point favorite heading home to face the Titans.
