Arsenal picked a poor time to slump in the Premier League, as the Gunners limp into White Hart Lane with a major opportunity in the title race. Both Petr Cech and Laurent Koscielny were injured during a midweek loss to Swansea, and both will be unavailable for what could be the most important North London derby of all-time.
Spurs also lost their last fixture, but they will see Dele Alli and possibly Mousa Dembele return to the lineup. Alli came on as a late substitute during the loss to West Ham, but Spurs lacked that extra spark without him on the pitch.
Arsenal’s injuries are beginning to pile up, and now they’ve lost three straight Premier League matches. But an away victory today would see them level with Spurs, and pull only slightly behind Leicester, with the Foxes set to face Watford later in the day.
