The Philadelphia Eagles have been a bit of a yo-yo team this season. The offense looks dominant one week and questionable the next.
This week though, the Eagles need to be dominant. After all, the NFC East is still very much up for grabs and with the New York Giants on a bye, a victory this Sunday over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could do wonders for Philadelphia’s postseason potential.
Of course, that won’t be easy against a Bucs squad that’s getting more and more confident thanks to a more and more consistent Jameis Winston.

Game Preview: Let’s talk about Jameis Winston for a second.
The rookie quarterback looked like a rookie quarterback early this season, but now, 11 weeks into the schedule, Winston is starting to find his footing and it’s a good look for both him and the Buccaneers offense.
So far this year Winston has completed 57.5 percent of his passes for 2,159 yards and 19 touchdowns. He’s been picked off nine times and has faced some serious sack issues, but that’s more his o-line’s problem than his.
Winston has also become a leader for his team. Tampa Bay posted a video of the rookie QB’s fervid postgame speech to its team website earlier this week following last Sunday’s dramatic victory over the Dallas Cowboys. If Winston can keep the offense moving up and down the field, and even inspire a bit of confidence from his teammates, the Buccaneers could be building a pretty solid foundation for the future.
