The Tampa Bay Lightning can get back to the Eastern Conference Finals this year. They just have to win this afternoon.

The reigning champions in the East can make it back-to-back finals appearances on Sunday afternoon with a win over the New York Islanders on home ice. Of course, New York likely won’t go do without a fight either, determined to keep its playoff run alive after a historic first round series victory last month.
