The baseball season is winding down and the playoff picture is getting clearer. With just two days remaining in the MLB season, there is still plenty that is up for grabs. Six teams are fighting for three Wild Card spots.

There are a few things that have already been determined. Six teams have clinched a playoff spot as division winners and one wild card ticket has been punched. The Rangers, Cubs, Red Sox, Indians, Nationals and Dodgers have all won their respective divisions. The Mets are the first team to clinch a Wild Card spot.

The Cubs and Rangers will have home field advantage through the NL and AL playoffs. The Cubs have the best record in baseball, but will not have home field advantage should they make the World Series. That distinction will go to the American League based on the All-Star game.

Here’s a look at the current MLB playoff picture.
