England’s captain hit a century for the first time this tournament, becoming the fourth batter to reach the milestone during the 2026 T20 Cricket World Cup.
Brook finished the match with 100 runs on 51 balls. He hit a miraculous 10 four-balls and four 6s, launching England to sole possession of first place in Group 2 of the Super 8s.
Additionally, the victory guarantees England a semi-final berth. They officially become the first team to do so.
