When you saw this Thunder-Lakers matchup on the schedule in preseason, you probably circled the date on your calendar. Unfortunately, it’s lost some of the luster.

The Lakers are already down Kobe Bryant and the Thunder the same with Kevin Durant. Now, another big name will miss the game. Oklahoma City point guard Russell Westbrook is out after undergoing facial surgery.

Los Angeles is just 16-41 on the season, while OKC is 32-27.

The game will air on ESPN at 6:30 p.m. Eastern. Ryan Ruocco is on the play-by-play and Tom Penn will be the analyst.
