A win Monday night at the Carrier Dome against Syracuse, and No. 2 Virginia (27-1, 15-1 ACC) wraps up its second consecutive ACC title and the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament.

The Cavaliers’ only blemish came on January 31 in a 69-63 home loss to then-No. 4 Duke.

Malcolm Brogden (13.7 points per game), Justin Anderson (13.4) and Anthony Gill (11.5) lead a balanced UVa offensive attack.

The Orange (18-11, 9-7 ACC) have struggled lately, going 4-6 in their last 10 games. And it won’t get easier in their final home game of the season vs. the Cavs’ top-ranked scoring defense (50.0 points per game). Rakeem Christmas leads Syracuse with 17.8 points and 9.2 rebounds per game.

ESPN has coverage of the game with tip-off set for 7 p.m. Eastern. Sean McDonough will handle the play-by-play with Shane Battier on analysis. Allison Williams is the courtside reporter.
