Kam Chancellor’s return couldn’t come at a better time for the Seattle Seahawks (0-2). Or at a worse time for the Chicago Bears (0-2).

In two games without their heat-seeking missile of a safety, the vaunted Seahawks defense was 17th in the NFL in yards allowed (713) and 25th in yards per play allowed (6.0). Even if he’s on a snap count, his presence as an enforcer over the middle is an obviously major boost to the ‘Hawks, who are in desperate need of a win.

On the other side of the ball, the Bears were already facing a steep uphill battle, with or without Chancellor in the secondary. Jimmy Clausen–the same Jimmy Clausen with five career touchdowns to 11 interceptions–is starting for the injured Jay Cutler, Alshon Jeffery is also out and the Seahawks figure to be especially fired up for their home opener.

Put it all together, and the Seahawks are favored by a pair of touchdowns at CenturyLink Field.

Kickoff is at 4:25 p.m. ET. It will be broadcast on CBS in Seattle and Chicago, as well as other select areas throughout the country. Click here for a complete coverage map to see what game is being televised in your market. If you can’t get to a TV, here’s how to watch online and on mobile:
