The Chicago Bears have found a bit of a second wind this season. The team from the Windy City is riding a serious wave of late-season momentum and is looking to get to .500 for the first time this year with a matchup against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday afternoon.

The only problem? The Bears are playing at home on Sunday and, unfortunately, the Bears have not been particularly good at home. Chicago has won three of the last four, but each win came on the road and the squad is 1-4 this season at Soldier Field.

Talk about making things interesting.
