Two 4-7 teams keep slim playoff hopes alive Sunday when the Baltimore Ravens fly south to take on the Dolphins.

It’s incredible the Ravens are even still alive in the AFC Wild Card race. They’ve been decimated by injuries, and endured several losses in the final minute of games this season. Even without QB Joe Flacco, the Ravens could get hot and make a run at the postseason. Two of their final four games are against fellow Wild Card contenders Kansas City and Pittsburgh, making a late run slightly more realistic.

It’s hot in Miami, but the Dolphins have been ice cold in November. They’ve lost four of their last five, and it doesn’t get better as the weather gets colder. Miami is 0-7 against the spread in their last seven December games, an ominous sign for a team struggling to find it’s identity thirteen weeks in. After rushing for a total of 12 yards against the Jets last week, OC Bill Lazor was finally shown the door. Quarterbacks coach Zac Taylor will call the plays for Miami Sunday, with the idea there would be more involvement for the running game and Lamar Miller.
