There's still a game in front of them (on the road at the Dallas Cowboys), but the Washington Redskins are already secure in their postseason future. Despite an offeseason that had plenty of people shaking their heads and asking questions about Jay Gruden's future with the team, the Redskins are NFC East champions and locked into the No. 4 seed in the NFC playoffs. There are already rumors that the Redskins may rest many of their starters on Sunday afternoon and while Washington certainly wants to wrap up the regular season on a four-game win streak, there's also next week to think about. The 'Skins can't move out of their No. 4 seed so it's simply a matter of what team they're going to host next Sunday and there are a handful of options depending on what happens this Sunday. Minnesota Vikings
Playoff Seed Heading Into Week 17: No. 5
Record: 10-5
Week 17 Matchup: at Green Bay, 8:30 p.m. ET
If the Vikings can take down the Green Bay Packers on the road, Minnesota would not only earn a rivalry victory, the team would also be NFC North champions. That would make them the No. 3 seed and actually have them hosting (possibly) the Packers next week. But, on the flip side, if Minnesota loses and the Seattle Seahawks lose, the Vikings will stay right where they are and earn a trip to Washington. One last scenario. A Minnesota loss and Seahawks victory would drop the Vikings to the No. 6 seed and then they would be heading to Green Bay next week. (Getty)

Seattle Seahawks
Playoff Seed Heading Into Week 17: No. 6
Record: 9-6
Week 17 Matchup: at Arizona Cardinals, 4:25 p.m. ET
Despite last week's somewhat surprising loss the St. Louis Rams, the Seahawks are still looking at some postseason movement in Week 17. Seattle could clinch the No. 5 seed, and a matchup against the Redskins next week, with a win at the Arizona Cardinals and a Minnesota Vikings loss to the Green Bay Packers because of a head-to-head victory over the Vikings in Week 13. If that doesn't play out, Seattle is staying put at No. 6 and would be heading to either Minnesota or Green Bay depending on how that North rivalry tilt plays out on Sunday night. (Getty)

Green Bay Packers
Playoff Seed Heading Into Week 17: No. 4
Record: 10-5
Week 17 Matchup: vs. Minnesota Vikings, 8:30 p.m. ET
This one is fairly easy. If the Packers beat the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday night, they'll clinch the North, the No. 4 seed and face off against the same team next week. On the flip side, if Green Bay loses to the Vikings on Sunday night, they'll drop down to the No. 5 seed and Minnesota will win the NFC North. That would send the Packers to Washington next week thanks to a Week 2 win over the Seattle Seahawks and a worse record than Minnesota. (Getty)
