The day has finally arrived. Taco Bell will be giving away a free taco today from 2-6 p.m. local time thanks to the Golden State Warriors.

The Warriors may have lost the NBA Finals but their victory in Game 4 made a lot of people very happy. During the NBA Finals, Taco Bell ran a promotion called “Steal a Game, Steal a Taco”. If a road team won during the Finals, Taco Bell agreed to give away free tacos.

Taco Bell announced Tuesday, June 21 would be the day of the promotion. Customers have the option of getting one of the available Doritos flavored taco hard shells like nacho cheese or cool ranch.

The promo is only valid at participating stores, and it would be wise to call your local Taco Bell to see if they are participating in today’s promo. Purchase is not required to get the free taco.
