Monday’s NBA schedule consists of just four games, with all being matchups pitting playoff teams from a season ago against squads that did not reach the postseason. The non-playoff team on the schedule with the best chance of getting to the postseason this year has to be Utah, as the Jazz bolstered their roster this summer with the signing of shooting guard Joe Johnson and the acquisitions of point guard George Hill and center/forward Boris Diaw.

Those additions, along with the return of Dante Exum (missed all of last season with a torn ACL), will help the Jazz account for the finger injury suffered by Gordon Hayward. Monday night Utah takes on the Clippers at home, which should make for a good test for both teams as the start of the regular season approaches.

Also of note on Monday is Milwaukee visiting Detroit, and with there being reports that the Bucks are on the verge of trading guard Michael Carter-Williams to the Bulls for Tony Snell the Bucks could be a player light. Below is the schedule, complete with tip times and television listings. All times are Eastern.
