In what is highly regarded as the most anticipated fight of the year, Sergey Kovalev and Andre Ward are set to square off in a light-heavyweight title–and arguably a pound-for-pound title–bout Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
There are perhaps other fights that have received as much–or even more–hype, but in terms of pure talent inside the ring, and in terms of compelling matchup, there has been nothing bigger this year than Kovalev vs. Ward.
