Neymar made his Paris debut on Friday.

Now that the Neymar deal is official, fans can’t wait to represent their newest star.

Neymar is headed from Spain to France, transferring to Paris Saint-Germain for a record sum of €222 million. Speculation about the move has been brewing throughout the summer, and fans were eager to finally welcome Neymar to PSG. His first jerseys went on sale on Friday, and people were a little excited:

The shirts were on sale at the team’s official shop in Paris. Neymar also held his first press conference, where he told reporters that being the new “World’s Most Expensive Player” isn’t a burden for him.

“The fact I am the most expensive player is not a burden. I am 69 kilograms,” he told a crowded press conference via translator.

Fans were eventually able to purchase the shirts, but not without a steep price tag. The new shirts are reportedly being sold for €155 each, but that didn’t stop some fans from buying multiple.

Fans in America will have to pay a similar price. On the PSG online shop, Neymar replica jerseys are available in the home and away styles for the cool price of $196 plus shipping. For comparison, an official Odell Beckham jersey goes for $99.99.

At PSG, Neymar will be tasked with helping the team bounce back after a difficult season. Last year saw the squad lose the title to Monaco, as well as suffer the most embarrassing defeat in club history. Neymar will join a PSG attack that includes Real Madrid transfer Jese and Uruguyan national team member Edinson Cavani.
