The Dallas Cowboys are one of four teams who are on bye this week. The Cowboys need time to regroup after losing their last two games, most recently to the Green Bay Packers on a late touchdown pass. Dallas sits at 2-3 heading into their bye. Dallas received bad news late last week after learning Ezekiel Elliott must begin serving his six-game suspension next week.

Things do not get easier for the Cowboys as three of their next four games are on the road. Next week, the Cowboys head to San Francisco to face the 49ers. The following week they face the Redskins on the road.

The Seattle Seahawks, Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals are also off today as the NFL began to give teams byes last week. The Seahawks are 3-2 going into their bye week. Seattle is coming off a 16-10 victory against the Rams in a defensive battle. Seattle also has wins over the Colts and 49ers this season.

Next week, the Seahawks go on the road to face a win-less Giants team. The Seahawks have had an up and down start to the season, but are still tied for first in the NFC West.

The Bills are off to a good start, and are 3-2 heading into their bye. Buffalo is coming off a 20-16 loss to the Bengals. However, the Bills already have wins against the Jets, Broncos and Falcons this season. All three teams have winning records. The Bills will host the Bucs next week.

After losing their first three games, the Bengals won their last two games before going into their week off. The Bengals will head to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers next week.

Next week, only the Detroit Lions and Houston Texans will be missing in action. Both teams will have their bye during Week 7.
