On Tuesday night, the New York Knicks will be in Texas to play the Houston Rockets.
The Knicks are coming off a 111-100 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder (in Oklahoma).
Landry Shamet did not play in the game (and missed his fourth straight).
Knicks Announce Key Player Ruled Out
For Tuesday’s game, the Knicks have announced that they will remain without Shamet.
He will be ruled out for the fifth straight game.

Shamet is in his second year playing for New York.
So far, he has been a very strong addition to the team, and is averaging 9.6 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists per contest while shooting 43.9% from the field and and 38.8% from three-point range in 46 games.
Shamet has also played for the Phoenix Suns, LA Clippers, Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers and Washington Wizards over eight seasons.
As a rookie with the Clippers and 76ers, he averaged 9.1 points per contest while shooting 42.2% from three-point range in 79 games (27 starts).
Knicks Ahead Of Houston Visit
The Knicks are having another stellar year as the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 48-27 record in 75 games.
They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak (but have won seven out of ten).
Following the Rockets, the Knicks will play their next game on Wednesday when they visit the Memphis Grizzlies.
On the road, they have gone 20-18 away from Madison Square Garden.
Rockets Before Knicks Clash
The Rockets are currently the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 45-29 record in 74 games.
They have won two in a row (and five out of their last ten).
At home, the Rockets are 25-10 in 35 games.
