WATCH: Darelle Revis Gets Burned on DeAndre Hopkins Touchdown Catch

We’ve got some visitors to the Island.

Previously thought to be the league’s premier lockdown corner, Jets CB Darrelle Revis has shown signs of aging in recent weeks. He just got exposed again, as the Texans longest play from scrimmage this season came courtesy of a 61-yard touchdown pass to DeAndre Hopkins.

With T.J. Yates under center, the Jets were not exactly intimidated headed into today’s game. But Yates has come out unafraid, and has completed 10 of his first 16 passes.

This time it was on a play action fake, with Yates doing some movement in the pocket. Hopkins ran a straight go route down the middle of the field, with Revis in single coverage all the way. Revis made a leaping dive but came up empty, as Hopkins sauntered into the endzone.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Revis struggle. In fact, he didn’t look great last week against the Bills’ Sammy Watkins. Revis held his own for most of the game, but was immortalized in a .gif after this shake from Watkins.
