You can turn your $3 entry fee for Saturday’s (May 23) contest into a free VIP trip to Vegas for UFC 189, which includes travel and hotel, weigh-in tickets, VIP tickets to UFC 189, pool parties hosted by the Octagon Girls, tickets to the UFC Fan Expo and an event poster signed by Dana White. Not a bad deal at all.
And if you’re new to DraftKings and just made your first account deposit, you will receive a $3 voucher which can be redeemed to play in the contest for free. The voucher expires a year from when it was issued.
UFC 189 is set for July 11 and it features a main event of Jose Aldo vs. Conor McGregor in a Featherweight title fight. The contest calls for the winner to be able to travel from July 8-12 and the prize may not be substituted for another event nor is it redeemable for cash.

The VIP contest will consist of choosing fighters for your fantasy lineups from Saturday night’s UFC 187. Lineups must be set by 6:30 p.m. Eastern on May 23.

The rules are simple: Fill a lineup of 5 fighters with a fixed salary cap of $50,000. The better your selected fighters do, the better your fantasy team does, and the better the chance you’ll have to win a trip to UFC 189. The player pool will consist of all fighters expected to be participating in UFC 187. Of the full card, you must select 5 total fighters for your fantasy team.
