How to Watch FINA World Championships 2015 Live Stream Online

The 2016 Rio Summer Olympics are still a year away, but fans can get a sneak peak of what to expect in the swimming pool this week at the FINA World Championships in Kazan, Russia.

In what is the biggest international swimming competition outside of the Olympics, the World Championships feature many of the swimmers who will become instant world stars–if they aren’t already–in Rio next year. Missy Franklin, Ryan Lochte, Katie Ledecky, Cameron Van Der Burgh, Federica Pellegrini and Emily Seebohm are just a few of the big names competing.

Franklin and Lochte, perhaps the biggest American stars, each missed out on medals in their first events, as Franklin finished fifth in the women’s 100m backstroke and Lochte came in fourth in the men’s 200m free. But there will be more chances for each, with swimming events going through Sunday, August 9.
