The last time the Saints and Colts met, the biggest play of the game was on special teams.

The last thing the Colts want to hear about is plays on special teams.

Indianapolis hopes to rebound from an embarrassing performance last week when the Saints come to town. The Saints are coming off a big home win against the Falcons, but are still looking for their first home win this season.

The key for the Saints this season is the health of Drew Brees. The Saints offense doesn’t work without him, and it was clear against Atlanta that he is still not full strength. Brees still has the Saints ranked in the top three of every passing category, but New Orleans is ranked only 17th in points per game.

The Colts have had similar struggles with their QB, but Andrew Luck looked healthy against the Patriots. Luck also didn’t test the defense deep, so it’ll be interesting to see if coverages adjust to his limitation. Even with Luck completely healthy, the Colts have had trouble getting out of their own way this season. The Colts have been flagged 59 times this season, just one short of the league-high (Philly).
