Despite a run of goalless draws, including last week against West Ham, United has been in fine form in the Premier League. They haven’t lost a fixture in over two months, and are just three points behind Leicester City in the table.
Ask any United fan, and they’ll tell you the sky is falling.
Another draw on the weekend followed by a surprise Champions League exit has United on the ropes. And now they’ll make their first-ever trip to Bournemouth for a league game, who have all the swagger of a team that just beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The Cherries may be floating around the relegation zone, but they’re playing with the confidence of, well the confidence that United should be playing with.
