The San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders square off in a holiday showdown on Thursday Night Football. The Chargers are 4-10 and the Raiders are 6-8.
Both teams are out of the race for either the playoffs or the AFC West division title. The Raiders have looked much improved from last season while it has been an extremely difficult season for the Chargers.
The matchup features an experienced quarterback in Philip Rivers against Derek Carr who is in his second NFL season. Carr has benefited from an improved receiving core with rookie Amari Cooper and the free agent signing of Michael Crabtree.
The contests kicks off at 8:25 p.m. ET on NFL Network.
