After a comparatively quiet Friday night, there are seven games on the NBA preseason schedule for Saturday. The defending champion Cavaliers, who showed up at Game 2 of the American League Division Series between the Indians and Red Sox on Friday, are back in action as they take on the Philadelphia 76ers. LeBron James and company won their preseason opener by a comfortable margin over Orlando Wednesday night, and the 76ers are 1-1 in preseason with a win over the Celtics to their credit.
Also of note on the schedule is Boston’s game against Charlotte at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut, the Knicks hosting the Nets and Indiana visiting Chicago in the second preseason game for both.
