You may not be able to tell by the steely demeanor you see on TV, but New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is a family man. His three children--Amanda, Steve and Brian--played lacrosse in college and are now coaching in some capacity. His two sons work with the Patriots, while his daughter is the head coach of the Holy Cross women's lacrosse team. Not only are they following in dad's footsteps in that regard, but they're following in grand-dad's footsteps, as Belichick's father, Steve, was a head coach and renowned football scout. Add in his girlfriend, Linda Holliday, and her twin daughters, who are often in attendance at Patriots game, and Belichick has an extensive support system behind him. Steve Belichick Is the Patriots Safeties Coach
After playing lacrosse and serving as the football team's long snapper at Rutgers, Belichick's second child and oldest son, Steve, joined the Patriots as a coaching assistant. He spent four years in that position before being promoted to the team's safeties coach prior to the 2016 season. "He's not just Bill Belichick's son," said Pats safety Devin McCourty. "He's a guy who's put in a ton of work to get where he is." (Getty)

Brian Belichick Also Works With the Pats
Belichick's youngest child, Brian (pictured here in 2007), who played lacrosse at Trinity College, was hired by the Patriots as a scouting assistant before the 2016 season. While Bill Belichick had his oldest son with him on staff during Super Bowl XLIX, he explained what it will be like to have both at Super Bowl LI: “Special. Yeah, special – unlike any other, really. It was obviously great to have Steve, but to also have Brian too, I mean, it’s special.” (Getty)

He's a Grandfather
In October 2016, Steve Belichick's wife gave birth to their first child--and Bill Belichick's first grandchild. "We have a roster addition to announce this morning, which is a little different than the usual one. The emphasis would be on little," Belichick announced during a weekly conference call. "We can add newborn Blakely Rose to the depth chart. She was born this morning to my son Steve and the real MVP, Jen. So this is a happy and exciting day for all of us." (Getty)
