On Tuesday night, the Dallas Mavericks will be in Georgia for a showdown with the Atlanta Hawks.
The Mavs most recently lost to the Toronto Raptors by a score of 122-92.
Cooper Flagg finished the loss with 17 points, eight rebounds, six assists, two steals and three blocks while shooting 7/17 from the field and 1/3 from three-point range in 30 minutes of playing time.

Flagg had been out for an extended period before returning in each of the previous three games.
For Tuesday’s game against the Hawks, Flagg is officially off the injury report.
The former Duke star should be available and in the starting lineup.

Flagg (who was picked first in the 2025 NBA Draft) is off to an incredible start as a pro.
He is averaging 20.2 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 47.2% from the field and 29.5% from three-point range in 52 games.

The Mavs are currently the 12th seed in the Western Conference with a 21-43 record in 64 games.
They are in the middle of a seven-game losing streak (and 2-8 over their last ten).

On the road, the Mavs have gone 7-23 in 30 games played outside of Dallas.
Following the Hawks, they will play their next game on Thursday night when they visit the Grizzlies in Memphis.
Last season, the Mavs lost to the Grizzlies in the play-in tournament, so they missed the 2025 NBA playoffs.
