9:03 p.m. EDT UPDATE: Victor Wembanyama will NOT return in tonight’s Game 2.

Wembanyama stayed parked on the floor as his teammates huddled around him. He appeared to say something to other Spurs players before voluntarily getting up and heading straight toward the locker room.

On the play Wembanyama got banged up, it appeared he banged his knee and also took impact to the face.

The Spurs are currently trailing the Blazers in the second quarter as they hope to regain the services of their best player. Wembanyama was also dealing with a rib injury at the end of the regular season.
