It was a Busch Brother kind of day in Northern California.

Kyle Busch won the Toyota/Save Mart 350 Sunday, using a late pass of Jimmie Johnson on the road course of Sonoma Raceway, while older brother Kurt took second.

It’s the first time the Busch brothers finished 1-2 in a Sprint Cup race.

Clint Bowyer was third on the 1.99-mile, 10-turn track. Season points leader Kevin Harvick and Daytona 500 winner Joey Logano rounded out the top 5.

Kyle Busch passed Johnson with 4 laps remaining. Johnson took 6th.

Jeff Gordon, who grew up in the area and was making his final appearance at the track, finished 16th.
