UFC Streams Kid vs. Mighty Mouse on Facebook

Kid Yamamoto

Fans get to see Kid debut online

UFC officials today announced on its Facebook account that fans will be able to see Norifumi “Kid” Yamamoto take on Demetrious Johnson on a Facebook stream this Saturday prior to UFC 126.

The Johnson/Yamamoto bout serves as part of the untelevised preliminary card, but fan outcry in demanding to see the debut of Yamamoto forced the UFC to find an outlet for fans to see the fight.

The bout begins at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m PT.

UFC 126 takes place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. It is headlined by a middleweight title bout between Anderson Silva and Vitor Belfort.

In addition, HeavyMMA and the UFC have partnered to present Fight Day Live, a 90 minute pre-fight show that will begin at 4:30 pm ET. Tito Ortiz and Urijah Faber will join us on set for live interviews, and fans will be able to see pre-fight video spotlights on Vitor Belfort, Mike Pyle, Miguel Torres and more. Fans can watch the show right here on HeavyMMA.com as well as FoxSports.com, MixedMartialArts.com and other partners.
