Danzig out of UFC 131 with injury
A torn muscle near his hip and below his abdominal muscles has forced former TUF competitor Mac Danzig out of his UFC 131 fight with Donald Cerrone.
Sources close to the fight informed HeavyMMA.com of the news on Tuesday afternoon.
No word on a replacement has been named as of press time.
UFC 131 takes place June 11 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver. The event is headlined by a title eliminator match between Junior dos Santos and Shane Carwin.
