Jaheim Bell: Everything you need to know

Bell signed with the Steelers on Monday. The tight end spent time on the practice squads of Pittsburgh and Philadelphia in 2025, though he never appeared in a regular-season game. Bell was a seventh-round pick of the Patriots in 2024, catching two passes (on three targets) for 20 yards as a rookie.

The Eagles waived Bell on Tuesday, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports. Bell signed a reserve/future deal with the team in January but is headed to waivers. The 2024 seventh-round pick spent time with both Philadelphia's and Pittsburgh's practice squads during the 2025 campaign, and he will now look to catch on with a new team.

The Eagles signed Bell to a reserve/future contract Wednesday. Bell was cut from the Eagles' practice squad in October, and the tight end spent the rest of his season as a member of the Steelers' practice squad. The 24-year-old was not elevated to the active roster for any games this season. With a contract in place, Bell will have a chance to make the 2026 Eagles' roster once training camp commences.
