3. Only 5 Touchdowns in Stanton’s NFL Career
Stanton has only thrown for 5 touchdowns in his entire NFL career and nine interceptions since being drafted in 2007. In 2010 during one of his starts against the Giants, Stanton completed 19 of 34 passes for 222 yards with a touchdown and an interception. The Giants did win that game 28-20.

The Big Lead places Carson Palmer in the low teens in fantasy football quarterbacks and Stanton even make into in their top 25. Stanton has struggled in games before and with Fitzgerald held to only one catch last week, fantasy numbers for Stanton should be bleak.
5. He Was the #2 College Quarterback in 2007
In 2006, Stanton’s senior year at Michigan State he was listed at one point at #2 college quarterback for the NFL Draft by ESPN and was a Heisman Trophy candidate at one point. This same year he lead Michigan to the largest point margin come back in NCAA Division 1 football history.
He finished his college career with 6,524 yards throwing, 42 touchdowns, and 28 interceptions and rushing for 1,512 yards and 15 touchdowns. Stanton was named Offensive MVP for the North in 2007 Senior Bowl.
