After months of speculation and will he or won’t he discussion, American Pharoah is officially running at the 146th annual Travers Stakes. The 1 1/4-mile race at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY will be the second post-Triple Crown race for American Pharoah, just 26 days after dominating the field at the Haskell Invitational.

American Pharoah drew post No. 2 for the race on Saturday afternoon and is already posting fairly ridiculous odds. The reigning Triple Crown winner is the 1-5 morning-line favorite. In other words a $10 bet on the colt would yield just $2.

Tickets for Travers Saturday at Saratoga have been sold out for months and NYRA announced earlier this year that anyone without a ticket would be wise to simply stay home. You’re not getting in. American Pharoah trainer Bob Baffert added his own two cents, saying “If you have a seat at Saratoga, I wouldn’t sell it.”

Add into the mix that Saratoga has long been known as the “Graveyard of Champions” with only one Triple Crown winner also recording a Travers win; Whirlaway in 1941. It’s also the same course that saw Onion upset Secretariat in the 1973 Whitney Stakes.

Basically, you’re going to want to watch this race. NBC, as per usual, will have complete coverage of the 146h annual Travers beginning at 4 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. Post-time for the race is slated for 5:46 p.m. ET. Don’t worry if you can’t find a TV either. Here’s how to watch the race online and on mobile:
