Monday Night Football comes to Seattle in Week 4, as the Seattle Seahawks (1-2) host the Detroit Lions (0-3).

After a pair of road defeats to start the season, the back-to-back NFC champions got the much-needed return of Kam Chancellor and a much-needed matchup against the Chicago Bears in Week 3. Unsurprisingly, they rolled to an easy 26-0 victory for their first win of the year.

That’s something the Lions are still looking for. With the running game last in the NFL in yards per rush (2.6), and the defense 27th in yards per play allowed (6.0), the Lions have lost their first three games by an average margin of nine points per contest.

Going into the always-hostile Seattle environment for a primetime game doesn’t figure to cure Detroit’s woes.

Kickoff is at 8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN. If you can’t get to a TV, here’s how to watch online or on mobile:
