No. 10 New York Jets
Record: 9-5
Standings: 2nd in AFC East
Last Game: Won 19-16 over Cowboys
Holiday Cheer: Ryan Fitzpatrick has helped the Jets have one of the more underrated offenses in the NFL this season. Fitzpatrick has thrown for 3,428 yards and 26 touchdowns. He has benefited from the addition of Brandon Marshall who combined with Eric Decker have been one of the best wide receiver duos in the league. (Getty)
Wish List: The Jets have a playoff spot number one on their wish list this holiday season. They face the Patriots and Bills to finish the season. It would also help their case for teams like the Chiefs to lose as they battle for a playoff berth in the AFC.
Next Game: vs. Patriots 1:00 p.m. ET CBS

No. 9 Green Bay Packers
Record: 10-4
Standings: 1st in the NFC North
Last Game: Won 30-20 over Raiders
Holiday Cheer: The Packers are poised to win the NFC North and end up hosting a first round playoff game. Any time Aaron Rodgers is on your team there is a lot to be happy about. (Getty)
Wish List: Just looking at the Packers record, there is not much case for alarm. However, the Packers do not look like the Green Bay team we are used to seeing. The offense has not been the explosive unit that has been the signature of the Packers teams in the past.
Next Game: at Cardinals 4:25 p.m. ET FOX

No. 8 Kansas City Chiefs
Record: 9-5
Standings: 2nd in the AFC West
Last Game: Won 34-14 over Ravens
Holiday Cheer: The Chiefs have won eight straight and made Chiefs fans very happy for the holidays. They are on the verge of making the playoffs despite losing star running back Jamaal Charles early in the season. (Getty)
Wish List: Chiefs fans are hoping the Broncos lose their last two games and keep the Chiefs hopes of winning the AFC West alive. It is something that seemed impossible just a few weeks ago.
Next Game: vs. Browns 1:00 p.m. ET CBS

No. 7 Cincinnati Bengals
Record: 11-3
Standings: 1st in AFC North
Last Game: Won 24-14 over 49ers
Holiday Cheer: The Bengals are one of the best teams in the AFC and have been able to survive without Andy Dalton. The Bengals fast start has allowed them to remain one of the top teams in the AFC. (Getty)
Wish List: A.J. McCarron has performed adequately, but the Bengals are hoping Dalton can return for the playoffs. Cincinnati is in the hunt for a first round bye and Bengals fans holiday wish is one of the first two seeds in the AFC.
Next Game: at Broncos 8:30 p.m. ET ESPN (Monday Night Football)

No. 6 Denver Broncos
Record: 10-4
Standings: 1st in the AFC West
Last Game: Lost 34-27 to Broncos
Holiday Cheer: Denver's defense has been a force all season long. The team has hit a rough patch in recent weeks, but its great start has allowed them to remain towards the top of the AFC playoff standings. (Getty)
Wish List: The Broncos offense has sputtered throughout the season. Denver either needs Peyton Manning to come back as a different player or Brock Osweiler to help guide the offense to more points each week.
Next Game: vs. Broncos 8:30 p.m. ET ESPN (Monday Night Football)

No. 5 Pittsburgh Steelers
Record: 9-5
Standings: 2nd in the AFC North
Last Game: Won 34-27 over Broncos
Holiday Cheer: The Steelers head into the final two weeks of the season with an offense that is playing as well as anyone in the league. Antonio Brown, Martavis Bryant and Markus Wheaton make up a great trio of receivers that are difficult for opposing defenses to contain. (Getty)
Wish List: Ben Roethlisberger has been in and out of the lineup this season with injuries. The Steelers are hoping Roethlisberger can remain healthy for the rest of the season as they attempt to make the playoffs.
Next Game: at Ravens 1:00 p.m. ET CBS

No. 4 Seattle Seahawks
Record: 9-5
Standings: 2nd in the NFC West
Last Game: Won 30-13 over Browns
Holiday Cheer: The Seahawks survived a bad start to wind up in the playoffs. The road to the Super Bowl will not go through Seattle as the Seahawks will most likely play all their playoff games on the road. All the 12's are thankful that they get the gift of watching the Seahawks make another playoff run even if it is away from home. (Getty)
Wish List: The Seahawks need Marshawn Lynch to return for the playoffs. Thomas Rawls was filling in nicely for Beastmode prior to his season-ending injury. Seattle is hoping Santa brings a healthy Marshawn Lynch for the holidays.
Next Game: vs. Rams 4:25 p.m. ET FOX

No. 3 Arizona Cardinals
Record: 12-2
Standings: 1st in the NFC West
Last Game: Won 40-17 over Eagles
Holiday Cheer: The Cardinals are likely to clinch a first round bye and a home playoff game. Rookie running back David Johnson has come on strong in recent weeks and more than adequately replaced the injured Chris Johnson. After years of the Seahawks and 49ers dominating the NFC West, the Cardinals have emerged as the leader of the pack. (Getty)
Wish List: Cardinals fans are already looking down the line to a potential matchup with the Carolina Panthers. The Cardinals hope they can play spolier and ruin the Panthers perfect season in the playoffs if things hold true to form.
Next Game: vs. Packers 4:25 p.m ET FOX

No. 2 New England Patriots
Record: 12-2
Standings: 1st in the AFC East
Last Game: Won 33-16 over Titans
Holiday Cheer: The Patriots returned from their Super Bowl victory with a furious start to the season. Tom Brady and company were out to prove that the "deflategate" saga was much to do about nothing. (Getty)
Wish List: New England has had a number of key players suffer injuries in recent weeks. The Patriots hope that the team they are left with will be good enough to repeat as Super Bowl champions.
Next Game: at Jets 1:00 p.m. ET CBS

No. 1 Carolina Panthers
Record: 14-0
Standings: 1st in the NFC South
Last Game: Won 38-35 over Giants
Holiday Cheer: What is there to not be happy about in Charlotte? The Panthers are the best team in the NFL and have gone undefeated. Cam Clause has brought many presents to Carolina fans and has had an MVP season. (Getty)
Wish List: Panthers fans have their sites set on the 1972 Miami Dolphins perfect season that was capped off with a Super Bowl victory. Carolina wants to etch its name in the record books.
Next Game: at Falcons 1:00 p.m. ET FOX
