Adriel. Jeremiah. Green.
A.J. Green closed the first half of Browns-Bengals with a bang Sunday, snatching a TD while smothered by Browns defenders. It could be the catch of the year.
In a Hail Mary situation, Green used his right hand almost exclusively to haul in this 48-yard score from Andy Dalton. He kept the ball alive with his right hand, and somehow maintained control while being covered by multiple Browns defenders.
Cincinnati hosts Cleveland this week looking to avoid a three-game losing streak, and leads at the half 21-10. With Ben Roethlisberger out for the Steelers, the Bengals are now the favorites to win the AFC North.
Green finished the first half with six catches for 106 yards and this amazing TD. It’s been an up and down year for Green, who only has two TD catches through six games. He’s been over the 100 receiving yard mark twice, and on both occasions it was over 170 yards.
