Oregon will get a chance for revenge against Indiana in the College Football Playoff at the Peach Bowl.

Oregon once again took care of business in the College Football Playoff and gets a chance for revenge against Indiana at the Peach Bowl. Unlike the initial matchup this season, Oregon will be underdogs against Indiana in the College Football Playoff clash.

Oregon and Indiana II takes place at the Peach Bowl in Atlanta on January 9, 2026. The kickoff for the Big Ten matchup is slated to be 7:30 p.m. Eastern on ESPN.

Indiana opens as a 4-point favorite against Oregon in the Peach Bowl odds, per DraftKings. The over-under is set at 48.5 points.

DraftKings previously provided hypothetical lines for the potential semifinal matchups prior to the start of the quarterfinal games. Oregon was initially projected to be 3.5-point underdogs against Indiana. The over-under was expected to be 51.5 points.

Following the quarterfinal results, the odds moved towards Indiana and the point total dropped. Oregon would have been favored against Alabama in the Peach Bowl. The Ducks were projected to be a four-point favorite in a possible CFP contest against Bama.

Here’s what you need to know about the College Football Playoff matchup between Oregon and Indiana.

Oregon vs. Indiana Odds: The Ducks Are Underdogs in the Peach Bowl After Being Favored in Initial Matchup

Oregon will get a chance for redemption in a rematch against Indiana but facing the Hoosiers once again will be another challenging task. There had been a narrative that teams who did not play in the first round were struggling, but Indiana crushed that thought with a convincing 38-3 victory over Alabama.

Both teams will get more than a week to prepare for the Peach Bowl. The Ducks and Hoosiers are both just one win away from playing for a national title.

Back in October, Oregon Opened as a Double-Digit Favorite vs. Indiana in the College Football Odds

Back in October, Oregon opened as a double-digit favorite against Indiana, per USA Today. The line moved towards Indiana, but Oregon remained a 7.5-point favorite against the Hoosiers ahead of kickoff.

Indiana upset Oregon in Eugene with a 30-20 win on October 11. Now, it will be the Ducks who are the underdogs in the rematch. After the loss, Oregon head coach Dan Lanning praised Indiana as being “more prepared” than the Ducks.

“A really well-coached team. They did a great job in this game,” Lanning said of Indiana after Oregon’s loss on October 11, per USA Today. “They had a great plan. They were able to create pressure throughout. We struggled on third down, struggled to protect the quarterback. Ultimately they were more prepared for us in this moment.

“… But again, unbelievably prepared and great team, coach (Curt) Cignetti, their quarterback (Fernando Mendoza) played well, their defense played really, really well and they did some things that will be good for us to attack and look for the future.”

Oregon vs. Indiana Prediction: The Hoosiers Defeat the Ducks for the Second Straight Time

Indiana could find it challenging to defeat Oregon two times in the same season. Yet, the way the Hoosiers are playing it may not matter how many times the two teams play.

We’re riding with Curt Cignetti’s crew to reach the national championship, but it will not be without a fight from the Ducks. Oregon has rewarded bettors this season going 9-5 against the spread. Indiana has also been profitable going 9-5 against the spread this season.

Peach Bowl Pick: Indiana 27 Oregon 20. Indiana Covers -4. Under on the Point Total.
