While attending the Houston Open this weekend, Nicolai Højgaard took a moment to address members of the media and answer questions about his performance on the greens. He even entertained a few questions about his personal life and attire during the competition this weekend.
When one reporter asked about Højgaard’s bracelet and the letters adorning the jewelry, he replied, “[My bracelet] represents the first letter of my dog and my girlfriend.” The professional golfer has been in a long-term romantic relationship with his girlfriend, Amanda Falkenberg, who is regularly seen supporting him at golf’s biggest events despite her preference to prioritize her privacy when it comes to her own personal life and the couple’s desire to maintain confidentiality when it comes to how public they are with their relationship – especially given the increasingly bright spotlight that has been on Nicolai as he climbs to the peak of golfing excellence.
