On Monday evening, the Denver Nuggets will take on the Thunder in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Most recently, the Nuggets lost to the New York Knicks by a score of 142-103 (at home).
DaRon Holmes finished the loss with 11 points and one rebound while shooting 3/4 from the field and 2/3 from three-point range in only eight minutes of playing time.

Before Monday’s game, the Nuggets announced that they had assigned Holmes to the G League.
Holmes is averaging 4.4 points and 1.5 rebounds per contest while shooting 50.0% from the field in his first 19 NBA games.

Holmes was the 22nd pick in the 2024 NBA Draft out of Dayton.
He missed his entire first season due to injury.

Holmes In The G League
Holmes has been fantastic during his stints with Grand Rapids Gold.
In 13 Tip-Off Tournament games, he had averages of 20.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.2 blocks per contest while shooting 51.1% from the field and 37.5% from three-point range.
At 23, it’s a good thing for Holmes to continue getting time on the court in the G League.

The Nuggets are coming off a season where they lost in the second round of the 2025 NBA playoffs.
Currently, they are the fifth seed in the Western Conference with a 39-25 record in 64 games.
On the road, the Nuggets have gone 22-12 in 34 games played outside of Denver.
Following the Thunder, they will return home to host Alperen Sengun and the Houston Rockets on Wednesday night.
