Popular Spike show returns on Feb. 5
Spike TV will telecast 12 “UFC Prelims” events in 2011.
The network made the announcement via email on Monday morning.
Spike has aired 13 Prelims events in conjunction with the UFC, with an average audience of 1.5 million viewers.
The first Prelims event of 2011 will air live on February 5 prior to UFC 126. Two bouts will be featured on the telecast: Paul Kelly vs. Donald Cerrone and Chad Mendes vs. Michihiro Omigawa.
UFC 126 is headlined by a middleweight title bout between Anderson Silva and Vitor Belfort.
