After a week off, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series is back on the track this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway.

They’ll be back under the lights when the green flag waves in Tennessee on Saturday night for the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race.

Green flag time is set for approximately 8:13 p.m. Eastern and the race will be televised by NBC Sports Network (NBCSN).

The NASCAR Raceday pre-race show gets underway at 7:30 p.m. Eastern on NBCSN.

In the booth Saturday evening at Bristol will be Rick Allen, Jeff Burton and Steve Letarte. They’ll be joined by Pit Reporters Dave Burns, Mike Massaro, Marty Snider and Parker Kligerman.

Joey Logano has won the past two August races on the oval short track. It was known as the Irwin Tools Night Race since 2010 before this year’s name change.

And once again this week, Jeff Gordon will drive the No. 88 Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports. Gordon retired after last season, but has been filling in for Dale Earnhardt Jr., who has been out since July 9 with a concussion.
