For Game 6, the Nuggets have announced that they will remain without Gordon.

Underdog NBA wrote: “Aaron Gordon (calf) ruled out Thursday.”

Gordon is coming off another productive regular season.

The former Arizona star had averages of 16.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists per contest while shooting 49.7% from the field and 38.9% from three-point range in 36 games.

ESPN’s Anthony Slater wrote: “Aaron Gordon will remain out for Game 6 tonight. Better for the Nuggets to try to get Gordon’s calf right for later in the playoffs/possible Spurs series, if they advance, than have him laboring/risk reinjury.”

Gordon was the fourth pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.

He spent the first six and a half seasons of his career playing for the Orlando Magic.

The 30-year-old did a good job of transitioning into a true role player (rather than a main option).

His career averages are 13.7 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists per contest while shooting 48.5% from the field and 33.5% from three-point range in 655 games.

In 2023, Gordon helped lead the Nuggets to the NBA Championship over the Miami Heat.
