On Wednesday evening, the Detroit Pistons will play the Milwaukee Bucks (at home) in Michigan.

The Pistons are coming off a 123-107 loss to the Orlando Magic (in Florida).

Cade Cunningham did not play in the game.

For Wednesday’s game, the Pistons have announced the promising news that Cunningham is being listed as questionable on the injury report.

Jeremy Otto of WWJ 950 wrote: “NEWS: Cade Cunningham and Isaiah Stewart have now been listed as questionable for tomorrow’s game against the Bucks. They reached doubtful status before yesterday’s game for the first time since their injuries.”

Before his injury, Cunningham had been having a remarkable year with averages of 24.5 points, 5.6 rebounds, 9.9 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 46.1% from the field and 34.6% from three-point range in 61 games.

He is in his fifth NBA season (all with the Pistons).

Pistons This Season

The Pistons have had their best season in years.

They come into the matchup as the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 57-22 record in 79 games.

Over their last ten games, the Pistons have gone 7-3 (and they are 30-9 at home).

Following the Bucks, they will play their final two games against the Charlotte Hornets and Indiana Pacers.

Last season, Cunningham helped lead the Pistons to the NBA playoffs for the first time since 2019.

This year, they will have expectations to make a deep run.

The franchise last won an NBA Championship during the 2004 season.

Bucks Ahead Of Pistons Game

The Bucks have been among the most disappointing teams in the entire NBA this year.

They are the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 31-47 record in 78 games.

Over their last ten games, the Bucks have gone 3-7 (and they are 13-25 on the road).

Before the Pistons, they will visit the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday night at Barclays Center in New York.
