Embattled commissioner Roger Goodell sent a memo to teams on September 18 announcing partnerships with two agencies aimed at combatting domestic violence and sexual assault: the National Domestic Violence Hotline and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center.

The letter was the latest in a series of moves Goodell made as he faced widespread calls for his resignation after the Ray Rice video emerged on September 8.
